The Ambient Temperature Sensor is a solution to monitor and maintain a healthy temperature within the home.

Carbon Monoxide Detector

Carbon monoxide is known as the silent killer as it has no smell or taste.

Property Exit Sensor

The property exit sensor and motion detector will detect when a door has been opened and will trigger an alert to the Monitoring & Response Centre in the following instances.

Flood Detector

Heat Detector

This sensor will detect and alert the Monitoring & Response Centre to movement and potential intruders in the home, ensuring swift action can be taken before loss or damage to property takes place

Smoke Detector

This straightforward detector will raise an alert with both the user and the Monitoring & Response Centre if smoke is detected in the users home.

Well-being Check Call Service

TECS provides a well-being check call service which calls the user at a pre-arranged time of day and frequency of their choosing to make sure they are safe and well.
