Our TECS Installers and Coordinators assess the needs of the customer, whilst involving their support networks (such as, carers, friends and family) and partner organisations (such as, social care services, health services, housing associations). Once we have decided on the right solution, our TECS team arrange an appointment, install, train and test the technology and review the solution is working for the customer.

Monitoring

Our Monitoring & Response team is at the heart of our service and our friendly and highly trained operators ensure that every call is answered quickly and handled in a caring and helpful manner. We monitor over 25,000 homes across the UK and have overall satisfaction rates of over 99%.

In addition to being available in case of emergency, our team also offer support and reassurance by providing "well-being check calls". We can contact your customers at any time to check how they are and see if there is anything we can do for you. We complete medication reminders, health checks, and wellbeing checks see that your customers are safe and well. We can tailor these calls to assist with a range of issues and help maintain your customers overall well-being.

Out of Hours Call Handling

Our Monitoring & Response Centre also provides out of hours call handling for organisations where there is a need for their customers to have 24/7 emergency service delivery. We provide these services for housing and care organisations, dealing with urgent and non-urgent housing repairs, reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) and other housing management enquiries, as well as lone worker protection and support services for carers.

We are their first point of contact and try to deal with all enquiries on the first call using pre-approved procedures to deliver the right outcome for the person calling in.
