Alarm calls to our Monitoring & Response Centre allow you to speak to our operators 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, making sure you get the help you need, whenever you need it.
How Does It Work?
Whether you feel unwell, have had a fall or perhaps feel anxious and want someone to get in touch, press the button on your personal alarm device or the large button on the alarm unit. You will go through to our 24-hour Monitoring and Response Centre where one of our friendly and highly skilled operators will be ready to offer you help or reassurance.
The alarm can be linked to other devices such as smoke detectors, flood detectors, and fall sensors. These will also call through to our 24-hour Monitoring & Response Centre whenever they are activated. The alarm uses a SIM card or digital telephone connection (coming in April 2022) to call through to our Monitoring & Response Centre.
