How Does It Work?

Simply press the button on the wrist or neck, or the large button on the alarm itself. You'll be connected to our friendly operators who are ready to assist. It can also link to other devices like smoke detectors and call for help when needed.

What Does It Do?

SEVEN ensures quick response times, uses 4G for connectivity, and offers a 300m range for your pendant. It's easy to install with audio guidance, and we can monitor it remotely for any issues.

Our digital lifeline equipment comes with a lifetime guarantee.

What's the difference of having a digital lifeline?

Digital alarms offer faster alerts, no additional call charges, and don't require a phone socket. They can also serve as a backup for your digital phone service.

How much does it cost?

The alarm and pendant are rented from us from just £6 (+VAT) and a one-off installation fee of £50 is payable with your first instalment. Many of our customers do not have to pay VAT if they have a long-term medical condition, please contact us for info.
